West Palm’s Newest Hub For All Things Cool
by Stella Alves
West Palm Beach is expected to have a new up and coming hotspot later this year. Warehouse District, just a bike ride away from City Place, is where old warehouses have been given a new purpose. After the location received a well-needed renovation, while keeping their authentic features, the 82,000 square foot space is a “cool, hip, kind of neighborhood” where community members can go to relax, grab a beer or cup of coffee, and enjoy the atmosphere.
Featured spots on the strip include Grandview Public Market, a court where varying food vendors, chosen carefully by the craft and quality of goods offered, have delicious food items for you to choose from. Vendors include The Corner, serving Detroit-style pizza, Crema, with their all natural rolled ice cream, Grace’s Fine Foods, a full service, hormone-free butcher, and many other vendors to choose from. With spots like Steamhorse Brewery, Grandview Public Market, and Studio Etc. expected to be up and running by November, other locations are set to open in the months to follow. Current stores include the Rabbit Coffee shop, Celis food market, Grain and Barrel Spirits, and Kofski Antiques.
