Finding a fitness routine is hard enough, and sticking to it is a whole other story. Buying a gym membership just isn’t enough once you get there and don’t know how to use any of the equipment or when your same leg day routine gets boring. If you’re looking to spice up your workout routine with a program that’s designed around you and your body, the fitness classes at MADabolic Jupiter could be right up your alley.

“We have incorporated the best from several disciplines to create the most effective and comprehensive program possible,” said Zach Eggen, General Manager at MADabolic Jupiter. Zach has an extensive history of personal training experience beginning in 2012, he has even worked with Olympic weightlifters. “I believe the MAD program is the missing link for many people that are trying to age as athletically as possible,” he added.

MAD stands for Momentum, Anaerobic and Durability. The workout is set up in 50-minute classes, four times a week. Each class is a small group and instructor-led, so you’ll have someone to show you exactly what to do and help coach you through the movements. The best part? Recovery days are a “celebrated” — and mandatory — part of the process.

Each class includes a “full rundown of the day’s program and workout theme, a thorough demonstration of each exercise, and a proper warm-up prior to each workout,” shared Zach. “We keep the class limit to 25 people and lock the doors at the start of class to ensure that you get the attention you deserve.”

MADabolic focuses on consistency and foundational movement, promising an above-average workout experience and results. The founders of the MAD philosophy, Brandon Cullen and Kirk Dewale, created this program after their professional hockey careers. Their love for fitness created a workout program aimed towards the “everyday athlete,” keeping clients “safe, strong and achieving results,” Zach said.

The workout consists of five different movements on rotation and even a color-coded plate system to let you see the heavier weight progression as you continue the workout. One thing you can count on doing each class is “striking,” so you will need boxing gloves, which they have available for rent.

Most of us can relate to having gym anxiety. You walk into a huge weight room or cardio center and are overwhelmed by the loud music, pushy people, crowded machines and have no idea how to structure your workout to best benefit your all-around fitness. Think of MADabolic as the antithesis of that experience. You’ll be guided through each class without being overcrowded and even given modifications and options for all abilities.

“Many of our long-term clients were hesitant to get started but found that the MAD Jupiter team is second to none in making you feel safe and welcome,” Zach added.
