Fresh pasta and fast-casual are phrases that are not often seen together, but DalMoros Fresh Pasta gives us both, offering homemade pastas and sauces in a quick to-go style setting. The concept comes straight from Venice, Italy, making the food not only delicious, but authentic as well. West Palm Beachers now get to experience the Italian gem for themselves as DalMoros Pasta has officially opened their newest location right on Clematis Street. Locals can experience their signature pasta machine, which whips up fresh pasta all day long, and fill up their to-go boxes with an array of different pasta and sauce combinations, not to mention their homemade breadsticks and tiramisu.
“It took us over a year to get open and each and every time we were on-site for construction we would have people banging on the door begging us to get open,” said owner of DalMoros, David Caruso. “West Palm Beach is a city of foodies who know the difference between pasta and FRESH pasta and we’re so excited to be able to finally introduce DalMoros to them.” Every single recipe on the menu comes straight from their original location in Italy and everything is made fresh in-house. “The creator, Gabriele Dal Moro, is a 7th generation Venetian and these recipes come directly from his family and origins,” said Caruso. “You’re truly getting a little taste of Italy in every bite.”
The concept at DalMoros is simple – diners can choose from four different pasta styles and top them with sauces ranging from Cacio E Pepe to Bolognese, plus proteins like chicken or mozzarella and garnishes like sundried tomatoes. David shared that his favorite order is the Fresh Fusilli with the homemade Mamma Rosa, which is a take on Vodka sauce, giving a nice mix of both tomato and cheese. You can box up your creation to-go or enjoy it in their indoor or outdoor dining areas. The West Palm Beach location of DalMoros Pasta joins Delray Beach as the second location in South Florida, with a third coming soon to Hollywood, Florida.
